The Inns at Poland Spring

Located about 14 miles from the site, The Inns at Poland Spring were, at the turn of the century, one most exclusive spa/resorts in America.  Today the Inns survive as a complex of 11 historic buildings (plus one modern Motor Inn) which are still operated (in a somewhat eccentric way) as an Inn and Resort by Mel & Cyndi Robbins, who are passionate about preserving the history and style of this historic property.  The complex includes an 18 hole championship golf course (par 71), designed by Donald Ross.
